this may seem like im bashing on you but you can do better than i can with flash based animation so trust me its not intended as bashing on you.
as you say in the post "you need to practice more" so it does show that you intend to make the animation work more fluidly and over time look better. as a first time animation its still pretty good considering a lot of people do the whole "stick figure" ideal as a first animation, im too obsessive compulsive to do stick figure based, if i ever do make a flash itll take me a few months before i even post anything about it i think lol
keep working on it though and i do think you will become one of the good flash animators on newgrounds at some point
